Alexis Honigbaum MD, FAAD is Board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is originally from Massachusetts, but completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, where she graduated magna cum laude. She then attended Eastern Virginia Medical School and attained her MD. She completed her preliminary year in Internal Medicine at EVMS, then attended the University of South Florida for Dermatology Residency. She fell in love with Tampa Bay, and after practicing for a few years in Massachusetts she decided to return to Florida. Dr. Honigbaum has been published in dermatology journals and presented at various dermatology meetings. She practices medical and surgical dermatology. Dr. Honigbaum is excited to join a fellow EVMS alumnus, Dr. Mahoney, and help continue to provide wonderful dermatologic care to the community.
